Complaint Resolution

Any person may submit a complaint about an Upstream Rehab Institute (URI) continuing education course to the URI Director of Continuing Education via the URI Programs Coordinator at email

The URI Programs Coordinator will summarize the information and send to the Director of Continuing Education. The Director of Continuing Education will review all allegations, investigate as appropriate, and determine any action, if necessary, needed to resolve grievances of the complaint submitter within 30 days.
