Dr. Bill Johnson, PT, DPT

 

Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist

 

Dr. Johnson is a course developer and instructor teaching within the Upstream Rehab Institute Sports Physical Therapy Residency as well as leading URI continuing education courses.  He has been practicing for 24 years and is a native of Harrisonburg, VA. Dr. Johnson received a Master of Physical Therapy in 1994 and Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2005 from Shenandoah University.  He is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS) and a certified Advanced Golf Fitness Instructor (AGFI).  Dr. Johnson continues to present at both national and state level conferences annually as well as teaching numerous continuing education courses throughout the country.  He remains active in advocacy including a position on the Board of Directors for the Virginia PT Association.
