Dr. Destiny Hebert is a course developer and instructor with Upstream Rehab Institute. She received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from North Georgia College & State University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical College of Georgia.  Dr. Hebert has completed certification and Diploma in Spinal Manipulation and Diploma of Osteopractic through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.  She has also completed certifications in vestibular rehab, ASTYM, ISTYM, medical acupuncture and the STAR Cancer Program.  Dr. Hebert completed an orthopaedic manual physical therapy fellowship with the American Manual Therapy Institute and obtained status as a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).  She teaches multiple continuing education courses throughout the country each year and has been a guest lecture/adjunct faculty member for numerous Doctor of Physical Therapy programs.  Dr. Hebert is an active area director and clinician for BenchMark Rehab Partners in the Atlanta area.  She is currently working on research in the field of vestibular rehab and dry needling at the University of North Georgia where she holds a faculty appointment.
